From the artist’s page:

“Well, this page wasnt never used because it was a little to explicit. Wasnt my foult, wasnt the writers, it was the censor from DC, believe me I tell you that the Editor fought hard to leave it in the book but thats how this things work.”

And yet an almost exactly the same setting featuring Dick and Kory wasn’t “too explicit”. Why am I not surprised.
